1. What is an 80% uncompleted firearm lower receiver?
An 80% uncompleted firearm lower receiver is a partially finished lower receiver for a firearm, which requires additional machining and assembly to be fully functional. It is not considered a firearm by federal law. We intentionally add small pockets of material in accordance with ATF ruling on lower receivers to allow our product to be sold.
2. Is it legal to purchase an 80% lower receiver?
Yes, it is legal to purchase an 80% lower receiver in most states. However, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession and use of firearm components. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.
3. Do I need a background check to buy an 80% lower receiver?
No, a background check is not required to purchase an 80% lower receiver because it is not considered a firearm.

13. What are the rail types listed?
Rail types are the rails needed to complete assembly, The front and rear rails in addition to a locking block (can be OEM or aftermarket).

14. What does a 26X,XX, OEM Length signify?
The X refers to the length of the grip, 26 refers to the oem length, 26X refers to a 19 length grip, 26XX for the 17 length grip. Do not be fooled though, those who are familiar with compatibility charts for these firearms knows the 26 and 27 are interchangeable on say a PF940SC frame- the same applies here. Same platform different calibers, additionally magazines will work just like OEM frames would, you cannot install a ten round into a 19.
